This document applies to consumers who purchase the Livox food supplement or related items from Whroxxeneiux through our website checkout or order forms linked from the site. The seller is established in Finland; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may apply in addition to these terms where EU law requires.
Unless an exception below applies, you have fourteen days after receiving physical goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
Food supplements whose protective seal has been broken or which cannot be resold for safety reasons may fall outside the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer rules once opened. Please retain packaging until you are certain you will keep the product.

After we receive and inspect eligible returns, we initiate refunds using the same payment method when technically feasible. Processing by banks or card schemes may add additional days before you see the credit.
If you received a damaged parcel or the wrong product, notify us promptly with photographs where helpful. We will arrange correction without charging unnecessary return shipping when we confirm the error.
